Version: v1.3.3.7
Welcome to Br🤖ken B🤖tnet. I go by rE-Bo0t.bx1, also known as r3bo0tbx1.
I started in software development, building for the web and mobile devices. The more I learned about how systems fit together, the more I wanted to understand how they fail, how they can be abused, and how to make them safer. That curiosity led me into penetration testing and security research.
Privacy and security have mattered to me since I was young. I grew up using Tor to reach an Internet restricted by the government, sometimes relying on bridges when a direct connection was blocked.
Tor gave me a more private way to connect, reach information beyond those restrictions, and explore the wider Internet.
Each successful connection made me curious about the network behind it, and eventually that curiosity became a commitment to help keep it running.
Today I focus on security research, web application security, reverse engineering, bug bounties, CTFs, and privacy infrastructure. I also build and operate Tor relays and bridges through Shinobi Relays. Away from the keyboard, I help feed stray cats and dogs.
This site began as an information security blog covering privacy, offensive security, OSINT, security news, and vulnerability research. I do not publish on a fixed schedule, but Br🤖ken B🤖tnet remains the place where I document projects, share useful field notes, and write when I have something worth saying.
Current projects
- Tor Guard Relay : A hardened, multi-role Tor relay container with practical deployment and operational tooling.
- Shinobi Relays : A public transparency view of the Tor relays and bridges I operate.
